What is Mindful Meditation?
Mindfulness is learning to be present in this moment, taking a non-judgmental stance towards ourselves, and the world around us. It can teach us how to better calmly respond to situations, be more aware of our unhealthy habits, and how we respond to others. It helps us to be more tolerant and patient towards others, as well as kinder and less critical to ourselves.

Mindfulness meditation is the practice that teaches you how to slow down and be present in the here and now. It helps decrease racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body. There is no right or wrong way to practice meditation. Our technique cultivates awareness by utilizing deep breathing, and observation of our physical senses.
